Well hello to anyone who happens to stumble across my space here on the net. Now first let me tell you I’m no weight loss expert , but as of late I’m having a lot of success. I wanted to start this space for people to share their weight loss ups and downs. If your doing great I wanna hear from you . If your not then I want here from you. I’m hoping that the more people that find this site will lead to the help and aid of other trying to find their personal weight loss goal.
Also I think it would be just a great place for discussion on whats worked (or not) for you or anyone out there that can just lend some good advice to anyone willing to listen.
OK a little bit about me. My name is Aaron and I felt like Ive been gaining 10 lbs a year for way to long now. I was up to 290lbs after floating around 240 lbs for some time. Well I was inspired to try the Weight Watchers program by some good friends and have now found great results. I started 2 weeks before Thanksgiving at 280 lbs and now as of today I weigh 244 lbs ! That’s right 36 pounds gone ! I have more energy and I feel that I can keep up with my 2 kids and wife now. I think we all get into weight loss for the fact of looking better and yes that’s a big plus, but just being healthier feels great too.
So please lets share ideas on how you have found success in losing weight. It doesn’t have to be just the Weight Watchers program it can be anything from just new eating habits to a great workout. So please lets share, shall we
